2040 and all is well in the magical world. The Ministry continues to protect and guide the magical world and all those within, whether they be of noble, Pureblood birth, or our lesser citizens: the Muggleborns.

To safe-guard the magical lineages, and all within our world, Halfbloods and Muggleborns have been gifted their own living areas, allowing them to live among their own kind in peace and harmony. This, along with the Magical Decrees set forth by our benevolent leader, Lord Voldemort, has allowed each and every witch or wizard to know their place within this vast magical world. Every man, woman, and child, whether born into a Pureblood or Halfblood family, or graciously warded into such a household from their dismal Muggleborn upbringing, has every opportunity for a happy and healthy life. One spent in the service of the greater magical community.
