Personal History:
Raised by an English mother and a French father, Kylian adopted both as his first language, and thus was speaking both fluent French and English by the time he was seven. His life was rather typical, growing up without much care in the world; both parents, while not rich, were well-to-do, and he never struggled with food or toys. However, he was always closer to his mother, getting his sense of humour from the witch, who was often thought to be his sister.

While he did still spend time with his dad, the man had never really wanted children to begin with and therefore the relationship was always strained. Instead, he learnt everything about life from his mother, including how to be sarcastic. Happy and healthy, he had a pretty average childhood.

He attended a local magical school once he turned eleven for a few years, right up to his parents’ divorce. It honestly hadn’t come as much of a surprise; he’d noticed the distance growing between the two for some time. When posed the question if he wanted to follow his mother or not, the choice was obvious: he’d follow his mother, the only parent he felt he actually had through his years.

It was a bit of a shock when his father married Sara a few months after the divorce, but he’d attended, holding no hatred to his dad. Romance, he’d come to learn, was not something that really lasted. His mother wasn’t hurt, and he was happy -- although missing the food terribly -- in Scotland. His transfer to Hogwarts wasn’t that big a deal, considering he had always thrived in new environments, and he was happy to find that he’d been sorted into the same house as his mother had been all those years ago.

In his fourth year, Kylian met, purely by chance, a girl named Julienne. The meeting sparked something deep inside him that he didn't know existed, and he asked her out there and then, not quite knowing what he was doing. They went to Hogsmeade that weekend, Kylian not knowing what to expect or what was going on. It was this exact instance that caused him to question everything he's ever known about love and romance, having felt things he never felt before or imagined he could feel with Julienne. As he enters his fifth year, he's still uncertain as to what exactly is going on.

All he knows is that he would do anything and everything for the girl that captivated him entirely, and that her name was Julienne.

Felicity was born and raised in Scotland, attending Hogwarts as a proud Gryffindor; upon graduations, she decided to go into Auror work. When she was twenty five, she went to France on an assignment. It was there that she met Thomas, a Potioneer and local who acted as a translator for her

With so much time spent together, the pair soon fell in love and, after a year or so, they married. Shortly after, Elicity fell pregnant and gave birth to a son they named Kylian. He was raised as an only child since Thomas hadn’t actually wanted children to begin with. It was Felicity, therefore, that did most of the raising. However, she was a spunky lass and most of the time people mistook her as Kylian’s sister.

Thirteen and a half years into their marriage, Felicity started suspecting something was up when Thomas would start coming home from work later and later. Once she even caught a whiff of smoke, which he insisted was from a potions-gone-wrong. But Felicity wasn’t an auror for nothing and her instincts screamed that something wrong. Still, she trusted him and allowed him his freedom.

One evening, while doing some spy work for a case that led her to a muggle bar, she was more than a little shocked to find him there with another female. She did a little digging and found out the woman was named Sara, a halfblood Potioneer that Thomas worked with. To her horror, she discovered that Sara had a daughter, but was somewhat relieved to find that it had been from a previously failed marriage and not Thomas; the girl was 10 years old.

Felicity met up with Sara one night a few weeks after the discovery and told the other witch that if she really loved Thomas, she could have “the cheating S.O.B”. The divorce took place a month later, and they parted on good terms -- or rather, they didn’t argue about it, doing it quickly and smoothly without anger on either part.

Deciding to move back to her home country, Felicity went back to Scotland, Kylian (who hadn’t wanted to part from his mother, and never having really been close to his dad) following.[/i]
